How it works
The planning decides, not the AI
The assistant talks with your guest in their own language, but it only offers a table when the planning has room. It never makes up a free table, and it always asks before it books.
Seats in use, not slots
Every reservation holds a table for the expected length of stay. Guests who leave early free up seats sooner, and part of the room stays free for walk-ins.
You set the rules
Opening hours, tables, length of stay, time to reset a table, kitchen pace: change them under Settings and the assistant follows straight away.
Large groups go to a person
Above the group size you choose, a reservation is provisional until someone on your team confirms it. Is a time not available? Then the guest sees the nearest free times straight away, with how many people can still come, or a spot on the waiting list when nothing is left that day.
