An AI assistant on WhatsApp and your website
Questions about opening hours, the menu, prices, allergens or a table for tonight keep coming in. The assistant answers them from your own information, in your customer's language, and passes anything tricky or sensitive to someone on your team.
What the assistant does
Answers from your own information
We set it up with your own menu, opening hours, prices, allergens and booking rules. Those are what its answers are based on.
In your customer's language
Papiamentu, English, Dutch and Spanish: the assistant replies in the language the customer writes in. Because Papiamentu is still rare in AI, a native speaker reviews the Papiamentu answers before they go live.
A person when it matters
Tricky or sensitive questions go to someone on your team, and so does a booking for a large group. You decide what the assistant may handle on its own.
Every conversation logged
You can read back what was asked and what was answered. That shows you which questions come up most, and where an answer could be better.
On WhatsApp, on your website, or both
Customers ask their question where they already are: in a WhatsApp chat, or in a chat window on your website. Both use the same information and the same rules, wherever a customer asks.
The same approach works inside your business too. A knowledge assistant answers staff questions from your own handbook, recipes and HACCP rules, in each employee's own language.
Reservations: try it yourself
For restaurants, the assistant can also take table reservations. In our live demo you ask for a table in a fictional restaurant, and on the other side you see how the planning fits it in.
- The planning decides whether there's room, not the AI. It never invents a free table.
- It always asks the guest before it books.
- A time not available? The guest sees the nearest free times straight away, or a place on the waiting list when nothing is left that day.
- Above the group size you choose, a reservation stays provisional until someone on your team confirms it.
How we set it up
We start with one channel and the questions you get most often. Before we build, we agree on what the assistant may see and where your data is stored. Then your own team tests it on your own information, and you see the result before you decide on the next step. You get a proposal with a fixed scope and price before any work starts. On Curaçao we can do this on location; for Aruba, Bonaire and Sint Maarten we work remotely.
Questions
Which languages does the assistant speak?
Papiamentu, English, Dutch and Spanish. It answers in the language the customer writes in, and a native speaker reviews the Papiamentu answers before they go live.
What happens to questions it can't answer?
They go to someone on your team. You decide which subjects the assistant may handle on its own, and because every conversation is logged, you can always look back at what was said.
Can it take table reservations?
Yes, if you want it to. It only offers a table when your planning has room, and it asks the guest to confirm before it books. You can try it in our demo with a fictional restaurant.
Is it only for restaurants?
No. Hotels, shops and service businesses get the same kind of questions about opening hours, prices and availability. The assistant answers from your own information, whatever your business does.
